I wish this time of day would last forever. The time where the light filters golden through the branches and leaves of trees, exposing the brown and red veins of it. Rays spill across your face, painted on your flesh a warm glow. But oh how it fades so fast. This is my favorite moment and it is the most fleeting. Things I love vanish as quickly as they come. And I wait in the dark yearning for hours. Waiting for the next day to come; to experience the minutes of beauty before I return to darkness again.
